Hell on Wheels by Cher
EQALL Business Solutions supports entrepreneurship support organizations (ESOs), municipalities, and university-led programs by building the strategy, infrastructure, and systems needed to help small business owners scale.
As EQALL evolved, the challenge wasn’t lack of vision, it was how to clearly articulate that vision, own a point of view, and show up publicly with authority. The organization needed more than brand assets. It needed direction, authority, and a platform that could carry its voice forward.
SUNSEV Creative partnered with EQALL and IEI Agency to provide strategic leadership across brand, messaging, and marketing, helping to activate strategy through intentional channels, including the launch and development of the All Things EQALL podcasthat emerged was a clear narrative to help the organization align its purpose with an actionable plan for growth.
The Approach
-
EQALL operates at a systems level, supporting the organizations that support entrepreneurs. Its work spans strategy, infrastructure, programming, and ecosystem leadership, requiring messaging that could speak to complexity without becoming abstract.
As EQALL’s reach expanded, so did the need for a clear, confident narrative that unified its initiatives and positioned leadership as a credible voice in the ecosystem.
-
EQALL was building momentum but without a single, cohesive story tying its work together.
Key challenges included:
Multiple initiatives developing simultaneously
No clearly defined public point of view
Messaging that undersold the depth of the work
Missed opportunities to establish leadership visibility
Without alignment, growth risked becoming reactive rather than intentional.
-
SUNSEV Creative led with direction to clarify EQALL’s narrative before execution.
The strategy focused on three core priorities:
Defining a clear point of view: Establishing what EQALL stands for, who it serves, and how it contributes differently to the ecosystem.
Positioning leadership as a visible voice: Building a platform for Holly’s perspective, not just as a representative of EQALL, but as a thought leader with something to say.
Activating strategy through intentional channels: The All Things EQALL podcast became a key pillar of the strategy: a public-facing expression of EQALL’s values, conversations, and expertise. The podcast was designed to introduce audiences to Holly’s voice, build credibility, and create a repeatable platform for leadership and engagement.
This work was carried out in partnership with IEI Agency and Tab Wolod, with SUNSEV Creative providing strategic leadership and creative direction to ensure alignment across brand, messaging, and execution.
-
The results extended beyond visibility. They created real momentum.
Outcomes included:
A clearer, more confident public narrative for EQALL
Stronger perception of credibility among potential partners and clients
Increased inbound interest and engagement
A defined point of view that didn’t previously exist (particularly through the launch of the podcast)
A repeatable system that supported growth, including newsletter integration and marketing automations
Support in securing a major international partnership
Rather than simply producing content, EQALL built authority with structure behind it.
Why This Work Matters
Growing organizations need more than activity.
They need a point of vew.
For EQALL Business Solutions, strategic clarity created the foundation for authority. By aligning brand, voice, and platform, the organization was able to show up publicly with confidence, lead conversations instead of reacting to them, and turn visibility into opportunity. When leadership has a clear narrative and a system to support it, growth becomes intentional, not accidental. If your organization is expanding or ready to own its voice, let’s start a conversation about where you’re headed and how your brand supports the journey of how you get there.
